Nairobi, Friday, 31st May 2024....Kenya Power will upgrade its prepaid (token) system on Sunday,2nd June from 10.00 pm to Monday, 3rd June at 10.00 pm.
During this period, the purchase of electricity tokens and other prepaid services will be unavailable. This exercise will not affect customers on postpaid (bill)service.
To minimize service disruption, the Company urges all customers on the prepaid (token) service to purchase their electricity tokens ahead of this planned system interruption.
The upgrade of the prepaid system is intended to offer better service delivery to customers.
